The décor of the house is modern with a lake flare. The home has been completely remodeled over the past 10 years with updated appliances and comforts this affords. The bathroom is large upstairs and only shared between the two bedrooms in the unit. The downstairs bath is a 1/2 bath with laundry that the tenant can use. There is outside seating on the front and back porches.

This is a fairly large rental with 1400 sq feet. It has two king size bedrooms with streaming TVs , two full baths, laundry, kitchen fully stocked with all your cooking utensils needed, living room with streaming TV, and two porches to sit on.
Both are only 1.5 blocks from Hammondsport Village Square with lots of shops, dining, park area, drug store, grocery store, and liquor store. It is also 4 blocks from Keuka Lake swimming area.
