Keuka Spring Vineyards and HATCH Team Up to Nourish the Penn Yan Community
Penn Yan, NY — Keuka Spring Vineyards (KSV) is proud to announce an expanded partnership with The Living Well Mission (The Well) food pantry in Penn Yan, New York, significantly increasing its commitment to providing high-quality animal protein to Yates County families in need.
Beginning in January 2026, KSV will double its biweekly egg donations from 45 dozen to 90 dozen eggs and introduce a new biweekly donation of 180 pounds of chicken, a combination of drumsticks and leg quarters, sourced through Hudson Egg Farms and Dudley Poultry in partnership with HATCH for Hunger. This expanded program will deliver the equivalent of 30,240 meals annually, strengthening KSV’s role as an active community partner in the Finger Lakes region.
“At KSV, we believe deeply that every meaningful connection starts with a meal,” said Lauren Binnert, Manager at Keuka Spring Vineyards. “From the vines on our hillside to the tables of our neighbors, food has always been a universal language of care, dignity, and community. Expanding our partnership with The Living Well and HATCH allows us to magnify that purpose, creating more shared tables and more full plates across Yates County.”
This expanded plan builds upon KSV’s recent donation of a commercial reach-in freezer to The Well, enabling the pantry to safely store and distribute larger quantities of eggs and poultry year-round. With this added infrastructure and increased protein support, The Well can better serve the more than 180 families who visit the pantry each month.
“The Well’s food pantry plays an important role in helping families through challenging times,” said Sandi Perl, Executive Director of The Well. “This expansion not only meets a growing need, it empowers us to serve our community more consistently and more holistically. We are profoundly grateful for Keuka Spring Vineyards’ continued partnership and dedication.”
The first expanded delivery of eggs and poultry is scheduled for Monday, January 12, 2026, and will continue on a biweekly basis moving forward.
