Penn Yan, NY – January 28, 2025 – Keuka Appraisal Services, a trusted name in the Finger Lakes and Southern Tier regions since 1989, is thrilled to announce a major milestone in its journey. After decades of serving the Penn Yan and Keuka Lake communities, and with steady growth into a broader service area, the company is rebranding to better reflect its expanding footprint and commitment to clients.
The new name – Finger Lakes & Southern Tier Appraisal Group – highlights the company’s dedication to providing high-quality residential, commercial, and agricultural appraisals across the growing region.
