Yates County Chamber Next Growth Series: Strategies for Sustainable Business Growth

Penn Yan, NY  – The Yates County Chamber of Commerce is pleased to announce an upcoming seminar in its Growth Series, Strategies for Sustainable Business Growth, featuring guest speaker Rick Plympton of Optimax. The event will take place on Wednesday, October 29, 2025, from 2:00 to 4:30 p.m. in the QKA Room at The Keuka Restaurant, 14 Main Street, Penn Yan.

Rick Plympton, who guided Optimax as Chief Executive Officer for over 20 years and now serves as a Corporate Fellow, will share his expertise on fostering innovation, teamwork, and long-term success. Under his leadership, Optimax became the nation’s largest precision optics manufacturer while maintaining a strong, people-centered workplace culture.
