Course 1- Cheeseboard Sampler
Herb-infused, dry-aged Chévre from First Light Creamery,
Pastry-baked triple cream Brie from Four Fat Fowl,
Muranda “Red Buddy” fondue

Course 2
Shrimp-stuffed chicken roulade w/ steamed clam butter,
kale & apple salad

Course 3
FLX meatballs stuffed with fresh mozzarella,
mashed potatoes and oven-dried tomato gravy,
roasted garlic toast

Course 4
Seared Halibut filet w/ winter pesto and preserved lemon cream,
steamed spinach & verjooz onions

Course 5– Chocolate five ways
Bittersweet chocolate raspberry soufflé,
“Tawny” cookie, Preliminaries Chocolat squares, CaryMo chocolate bites and a hazelnut chocolate stick
