FREE admission and FREE parking! Garlic lovers from across the country join us to celebrate the harvest of garlic. Vendors from around the region show off their amazing home-made products. The garlic growers bring over 15 different varieties to purchase for cooking and planting.
Our cooking demonstration tent features local chefs sharing their favorite garlic infused recipes. This year we have Chef Brud Holland, Fox Run Vineyards; Chef Max Bonacci & Joe Kennedy, Linden Social Club; Matt Wooster, NY Kitchen; Karen Gilman, Dano's Heuriger; and Rafael, El Morro attending! Also, don't miss garlic related lectures by Tom Szulist from Singer Farms Naturals!
