Our cooking demonstration tent features local chefs sharing their favorite garlic infused recipes. This year we have Chef Brud Holland, Fox Run Vineyards; Chef Max Bonacci & Joe Kennedy, Linden Social Club; Matt Wooster, NY Kitchen; Karen Gilman, Dano's Heuriger; and Rafael, El Morro attending!
