Fees/Admission
$30 pp includes wine samples, complementary pairing plate, and an hour of all you ever wanted to learn about this pairing combination. Vista wine club members are $25 pp.

Forever a classic and enticing combination...rich red wine with rich red meat. In this tasting, enjoy a library tasting of Keuka Spring Merlot paired with a slider appetizer sandwich of filet mignon featuring Len's special sauce.
Guests enjoy tasting in small groups, overlooking Keuka Lake, with guidance from our winemaker.
