Bring your own black or dark-colored T-shirt to the library and try an easy technique to make something perfect for spooky season! Join us outdoors by the gazebo at 214 Main St. in Penn Yan. No registration required. Two sessions available; please choose the one that best fits your schedule. Supplies available on a first-come, first-served basis. Best for ages 8 and up, with a caregiver. This outdoor program will be canceled in the event of inclement weather. Please follow all current public health guidelines.
