Let your soul shine on July 20th, 2019 with a day full of body, mind and soul health and revitalization. Vinyasa, restorative and power yoga classes as well as pilates, fitness training sessions, meditation and workshops will be offered. Duration of each class will be 30 min. with 15 classes to choose from. Nutritional, goal setting and renewal workshops will be hosted by empowered visionaries, local entrepreneurs and health professionals. Our juice, coffee and breakfast bar will be available from 10 am- noon. DJ Rush and local musicians will be onsite providing a little extra love and good vibes during our special day. Wellness items, luxurious 2-night Keuka Lake home getaway, restaurant and spa gift cards, as well as wine, chocolates and airplane rides overlooking the Finger lakes will be raffled off. Vendors include top trendsetters from NYC, Vermont and the Finger Lakes Region. Food items from comfort to vegetarian and vegan will be available for additional purchase as well as massage and reflexology therapy - $5/per 5 min. 6 therapists onsite.
