Description
A unique opportunity to create individual bottles of sparkling wine. start in the cellar, where you'll disgorge your wine, and dosage - you'll decide the sweetness level of your bubbles. Your experience will be guided by our renowned winemaker, Steve DiFrancesco, and assistant winemaker Alex Wheeler. Appointments run every hour from 10:00am to 4:00pm Each appointment is private - simply your group and Glenora staff. This allows for proper social distancing and a safe, exclusive experience.
