Description
Learn the ins and the outs of cooking techniques, how to dial in flavor profiles, and the art of food and wine pairing from Fox Run's highly acclaimed Chef, Brud Holland. In this hands-on cooking class, students-turned-chef masters will gain practical experience cooking intricate meals with this skilled chef. The May 24 selection will be:
Gnocchi and sauce
Roasted veggies and greens w/ homemade, Stony Brook dressing
Oatmeal shortbread cookies
You will prepare the majority of the meal, while also enjoying one-on-one instruction and a cooking demonstration by the chef. Afterward, sit down and sip a complimentary glass of wine while you indulge in your creation!
