Description
Build a support system with people who understand. This group, conducted by trained facilitators, is a safe place for people living with dementia and their care partners to develop a support system, exchange information on challenges and solutions, talk through issues, and learn about community resources. This program is supported in part by grants from the NYS Department of Health, NYS Office for the Aging, Monroe County Office for the Aging, and the University of Rochester.
