Learn about fermentation while making a simple, delicious drink! Penn Yan Public Library will provide ginger, lemons and yeast along with instructions for you to craft your own batch of ginger beer at home. Take note that while this recipe doesn’t produce a very high alcohol content, the longer you let it sit, the more it will ferment, so please participate responsibly! Supplies are limited, so sign up for a kit between Sept. 1 and Sept. 17 at this link: https://bit.ly/pyginger.
