About Us

Finger Lakes Vaulting, new to the area and located in Keuka Park, is an equestrian vaulting club and affiliate with Equestrian Vaulting USA. This rare sport, primarily practiced in Europe but offered in limited areas of the US, combines dance and gymnastics on the horse while in motion. Students learn and appreciate developing soft harmony with the horse that requires core strength, flexibility and upper body strength.
