They are now offering membership eligibility in 17 Counties. Membership is open to anyone who lives, works, worships, attends school, regularly conducts business, or volunteers, and businesses and other legal entities in the following Counties:
New York Counties
Allegany, Cattaraugus, Chemung, Genesee, Livingston, Ontario, Schuyler, Seneca, Steuben, Tioga, Tompkins, Wyoming or Yates
Pennsylvania Counties: Bradford, McKean, Potter, or Tioga
