Yates County History Center

About Us

The Yates County History Center consists of three museum buildings containing permanent and changing exhibits that tell the history of Yates County. For 160 years, the history center has collected, preserved and interpreted the fascinating history of this beautiful county. Current exhibits includes Here Comes the Brides, Dangerous Freedom - the Abolitionists, Freedom Seekers and Underground Railroad in Yates County.
