Nourishing Pathways Lactation

Hi, I’m Ellen Pavlacka, an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC). I support Finger Lakes families with infant feeding care from pregnancy through weaning.

I trained and worked in hospital and outpatient settings in Philadelphia, where I was fortunate enough to spend hundreds of hours being mentored by some of the most highly trained lactation care providers in the city. That experience shaped how I practice today: staying current, asking good questions, and taking the time to really understand each family’s situation.

I’ve pursued additional training in low milk supply, bottle refusal, tongue tie, oral function, pumping, and breastfeeding with substance use disorder.

My family has deep roots in the Finger Lakes, and I feel grateful to care for families in the community we call home. When I’m not working, I love hiking, creek stomping with my family, and enjoying a hot drink at a good local coffee shop.
