About Us
Built in 1820 by the then Lt. Governor of New York, William Morris Oliver, The Laurentide Inn is the transformation of a 200 year old historic residence and carriage house barn into a guest Inn and private event space.
Newly renovated, the Inn boasts 6 well appointed guest rooms and suites along with the Carriage House Loft apartment, each meticulously cared for, with an exquisite blend of antique furnishings and chic décor paired with luxurious bedding and thoughtful amenities. A modern take on a traditional bed and breakfast, stays at The Laurentide include a gourmet breakfast each morning along with nightly desserts.
The Inn also offers an intimate venue for private events such as bridal parties, rehearsal dinners and cocktail parties both in the outdoor gardens or main building.
Minutes from both the Seneca and Keuka Lake Wine and Brewery trails, The Inn is ideally located on Historic Main Street in the Village of Penn Yan within walking distance to all restaurants, shops, galleries and the Keuka Outlet Trail.
Whether you are partaking in a bourbon in the billiards room, cozying up to the fire in the parlor or relaxing in the gardens while listening to acoustic music, whatever you delight in, The Laurentide Inn charms guests with discerning tastes and an appetite for unique experiences.
