Housing & Shelter Support: help with applications, shelter referrals, landlord support.
ID and vital document assistance.
Supportive Case Management: Referrals to local partners and programs, Personal advocacy & action planning,
Help applying for and educating about SNAP, TA, Medicaid, SSI, Section 8 and more.
