An on-site USDA inspector works closely with Dudley Poultry staff, to assure that products are handled properly from the moment they arrive at our facility until they reach your door. Dudley Poultry located in the Finger Lakes Region of NY has been a family owned USDA custom cut meat processor and wholesale distributor for over 55 years delivering to restaurants, grocery stores and caterers within 100 miles of our expansive facility. Over these years, Dudley has forged lifelong partnerships with some of the biggest most respected names in suppliers and those relationships continue today enhancing our ability to purchase right and pass those prices along to our wholesale and retail customers. We know service counts, but price matters and we pride ourselves on both!
