About Us

Weaver-View Country Store was started over 30 years ago with a group of hand-stitched quilts. Today, the store is in an 1850s barn that is stacked to the rafters with local Amish-made quilts, baskets, and furniture.

In the granary, quilters can find a selection of quality cotton quilting fabrics.

The old dairy barn has a maze of jams, jellies, maple syrup made by the family, fudge, pies, and their own pasture-raised beef.

Crafters, quilters, and fabric addicted people are often frustrated with the disappearance of some of the national chain stores that sold quilting fabrics. At Weaver-View Country Store, they understand. They sell groups of fabric 18“x 22“ fat quarter squares of quality quilting fabrics, 20 pieces for $20. It is enough to fuel any fabric addiction; ranging from modern batiks to rugged homespun, there are hundreds of squares to choose from.

Looking for a getaway with your quilting group? At Weaver View farmhouse you have all of the comforts of home, without all the work. Quilters, knitters, scrapbookers and friends enjoy this 1899 farmhouse that has eight bedrooms, three full baths, a handicapped accessible entry, gourmet kitchen, fireplace, and breathtaking views of Seneca Lake. Crafters everywhere love the 8-foot tables, rolling leather task chairs, OTT lights, and a large wall of windows. Retreats are available September through May. Yearly, prices start at $298 per night for the whole house, no matter the group size. Up to a dozen people is a comfortable group. Reservations are booking into early 2028.
