DESCRIPTION:The Yates County Chamber of Commerce is excited to announce details on the 2020 Scarecrow Contest! The contest is open to all ages\, individuals\, families\, clubs\, groups\, and businesses and will take place from October 7th-November 4th. \n\nThis event is intended to bring a lot of fun and an array of color to an already beautiful season   Autumn! Not only does it allow your imagination to run free   hundreds of people traveling throughout the Village will get a chance to admire all the creativity that you have put into your own unique scarecrow. \n\n \n\nWinners will be awarded in the two different categories and announced on November 5th.  \n\nVoting will take place on the Chamber Facebook page. The categories this year are Peoples Choice & Most Creative\, with the winners receiving $50 Chamber gift certificates valid at any Yates County business. \n\n\n\nEntry is FREE and due by October 5th.
