He also had the opportunity to study abroad at the University of Limerick\, Ireland. Before starting his career in Human Resources\, he worked in the beverage distribution industry and even worked at a local brewery.\n\n\n\nRyan had a nudge to explore other career opportunities which led him to move to New York City where he started working at Quidsi\, the parent company of some major lifestyle e-commerce websites and was acquired by Amazon in 2010. It was there where he found his calling in Human Resources in the e-commerce sector.\n\n\n\nRyan was then hired by Jet.com\, an e-commerce company headquartered conveniently where he lived in Hoboken\, NJ\, where he headed the new hire and people experience for two years. In 2019\, an opportunity came up for him to take his career to the next level at Peloton Interactive to build and scale their onboarding program. Peloton offers an interactive fitness platform that includes connected fitness equipment and live and on-demand fitness classes. \n\n\n\nHe moved back to the Finger Lakes in 2021 and currently resides in Geneva\, NY\, with his wife and two sons.
