SUMMARY:Fair-y Tale Festival
DESCRIPTION:Straw hats\, plaid shirts\, coveralls and bandanas are all part of the dress code for the Eighth Annual Fair-y Tale Festival which will be held on March 12 from 10AM-Noon in the Dundee High School Gymnasium! The event is free and open to all ages! The theme of the eighth Annual  Fair-y Tale Festival  is "On the Farm".   Crafts\, games\, activities featuring a "farm" theme will be the order of the day.  All children will receive a safety vest or helmet\, a reflective drawstring bag\, sunflower seed packets and of course a new book for all!  Kan Pak will volunteers will be on hand helping with the event and will be bringing a "special treat" for all.  The Fair-y Tale Festival is a collaborative effort between Our Town Rocks and Reads\, Dundee Library\, DCS TRAILS\, and multiple Yates County health service agencies.   Sponsored in part Kan Pak and the Yates County Youth Bureau\, the event is a creative step apart from the usual Health and Safety Fair.  As children are engaged in a variety of fun educational activities\,  parents are able to receive useful information from the presenters.   Grab your coveralls\, stick a little straw behind your ear and plan to attend the 8th Annual Fairy-Tale Festival\,  Saturday March 12th from 10a-Noon in the DCS Gym.
