DESCRIPTION:Penn Yan Public Library is excited to announce the return of Books & Bikes Fest! This annual celebration kicks off our summer of learning fun! The library's parking lot will be closed to vehicles so kids can bring their bikes and ride! There will be bubbles\, snacks\, free books\, free bike decorations\, and even free helmets! Kids who sign up to keep track of how much time they spend reading this summer will earn a free book of their choosing! This free outdoor event is for the whole family. Please dress for the weather\, although the festival will be canceled in the event of rain or thunder\, and follow all current public health guidelines.
